Need help seeing My Applications under the new OCI

Summary:

Hi - I have been struggling to get into the new OCI for a few weeks now. I can get in sometimes and when I do, cannot see my applications. I'm trying to get in to see if I need to update regions or permissions but half the time I can't even log in.

I'm using the correct domain. Have been instructed to enter an SR to request support but when I try to do that, the answers I provide don't actually allow for the SR submission.

Today for instance, I've been unable to even log in. I'm being taken to a bypass code screen after entering my password. I tried a password reset and the email never came through to reset.
