What is the correct filter for Upcoming Birthdays resource alert?

Hi,

There is a delivered resource alert in Oracle HCM named "Upcoming Birthdays" to notify managers of the upcoming birthdays of their direct reports.

I am currently testing this notification but have not been successful. What is the correct filters to use for this notification? In the delivered alert, there is a filter for Legal Entity with this expression:

${LegalEntityId} = -1

What is this for and can we remove it?
