How to create balance calculation date for the report

Hi ,

I am working on one requirement , where i need to add balance calculation date parameter to one of the existing report . User is expecting if they give future date or any back dated date , they should get the accruals count perfectly , how it shows in the front end in the same way. As india GDC have monthly balance calculation , if i am entering in the report for next month , we are not getting data. And when we try the same in front end , we can able to get the calculation in front end
