Accessing worker details in learning report by learning specialist

Dear Community,

We have the BIP report request from user which required to show worker name, worker number and department information in the report. While the users are granted with the Learning Specialist data role, there is no data could be generated from the report. Possible to advise what types of worker information could be obtained from learning report with learning specialist role without obtaining extra data access from core HR role.
