How does the "Total Headcount and FTE" Out-of-the-Box form work?

Hi,
When I load my existing employee properties data to EPBCS, I have loaded the number of headcounts under the member "OWP_Headcount".
However, when I navigate to the "Total Headcount and FTE" analysis, the number of headcounts that I have loaded does not show up here.
When I analyze the "Total Headcount and FTE" form, I noticed that it captures information under the member "OWP_Total Headcount".
I understand that "OWP_Headcount" is expected to be loaded as part of existing employees data load and, is also updated with number of requisitions against the hiring requisition when a new hire is added or, as part of transfer, terminate, change job etc.
