Unable to Null FTPT and RT fields in redwood page

Summary:

Hello Team,

We have a requirement to nullify / blank out the "Full Time / Part Time" field and "Regular / Temporary" drop down values and then hide these fields on the Redwood page.

We attempted to achieve this using Visual Builder Studio by modifying the Existing expression NULL by clearing the field values; However, the existing values continue to populate.

Could anyone suggest a possible solution?

please note: Earlier this was doable using Autocomplete in responsive UI pages
