I have some questions regarding the Status of the CPQ Quote to be sync back to Oracle Commerce Cloud.
Issue Summary: The business team has reported an issue when rejecting quotes in CPQ. As, after rejection it is not updating the same in Oracle Commerce Cloud.
Expected Behavior: When a quote is rejected, the status should sync back to Oracle Commerce Cloud.
Current Integration Setup:
We currently have one integration for Sync Quote: CPQ - OIC - OCC.
OIC is being used as the middleware integration to facilitate data transfer between CPQ and Commerce Cloud.
