Hi,

we created a Dashboard, which includes several filters, previously defined in a Dashboard Prompt. Among the defined filters there is a Presentation variable, we named 'Effective date', setting it, we can extract a "picture" of our company (in particular in this dashboard we control the number of the Headcounts, grouped by Legal Entity or Department), in a specific (usually past) date. In the PRESENTATION_VARIABLE_1 screenshot, you can see how we defined this variable in our prompt. In the PRESENTATION_VARIABLE_2 you can see the Effective date when we open our dashboard; as you can see now the user has to enter
