Default the PO deliver_to_locations on released planned order using orchestration enrichment rule

We have a requirement in Supply planning, to default the PO deliver_to_locations for specific product categories to a location other than the implemented inventory org location.
Wanted to know if we can define SCO enrichment rules that will default the PO location while releasing the recommendations from supply Planning.
