How can I find my transaction error when it doesn't show up in Manage Pending Transactions?

Subinventory Transfer FBDI Upload

I am trying to upload a Subinventory transfer via FBDI. I get the file to upload successfully, but when I run Manage Inventory transactions, it errors in Create inventory transactions and does NOT show up in Manage Pending Transactions, so I am unable to see what the error is. How can I find this error? Attached is the only Log Message I receive.
