Change Order is throwing error in 'pending approval status
We have a user that is trying to submit a change order on a purchase order. However the error down below is being thrown:
"This error is displayed if the Hierarchy provider setup is incorrect and typically occurs if any of the values from Starting Point/Task Creator to Approver values are incorrect"
It was brought to my attention that the previous cost center manager has left the company. For this reason, it seems to be throwing the error. In the TAC log in the transaction console, it is still looking through the hierarchy or the person who has left and not the current CCM that replaced them. Any info on how to fix this? Here is the log error:
