Is there a way to audit/report on employees who had an edited termination date?

Summary:

To assist with retroactive scenarios, we would like a way to identify employees who had an edited/corrected termination date. Ideally, we would like to see the original termination date and the edited termination date. Does anyone know of a way this can be achieved?
