Asset Retirement Workflow auto-rejecting Asset Reinstatements

Summary:

We have enabled asset workflow for asset retirement. The retirement is getting routed as designed. As soon as a retired asset is submitted for reinstatement. Has anyone faced this issue? Is there any additional configuration needed for asset reinstatement after enabling workflow for asset retirement?
