Birthday alert with Background image

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM

Summary:

i have a birthday alert requirement and whenever i try to put the image as background using watermark option, rtf file size is getting increased and getting below error while uploading the RTF

"Upload Failed: the request was rejected because its size (41548267) exceeds the configured maximum (30000000)"

can anyone help me how to implement this requirement.
