The newly assigned Cost Center Manager isn't displayed in the department's details after submission

Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to My Client Group > Workforce Structures > Departments and search for the relevant department.
Click on Edit - Correct, go to the "GL Cost Center Information" section, and change the Cost Center Manager.
Click on Review and Submit. The transaction completes successfully (shows no pending changes).
Reopen the department, but the old manager is still displayed instead of the updated manager.
