Daily working hours monday-fridag

Hi

We have sat a standard value for daily hours to 7,4

Is there a way to have daily hours, monday - friday, to have the value Working hours / 5?

Like in this picture below, Working Hours is, 37
Can monday to friday have the value 37/5?
Right now the 7,4 is just a standard value, however, we have some employees working 30 hours a week (6 hours daily), or other hours
In this case the monday to friday value is still 7,4 but it needs to be 6 etc.
So we have to manually change the monday - friday hours, when employee are not working 37 hours a week
