Is there any way to view the Reason for Rejection from Project Change Order

We tried to show the Reason for Rejection from the Project Change Order but the no field for the Reason for Rejection. Is there any way to show the Reason for Rejection on the field once the Project Change Order is rejected?

Currently, customizing the field for the Project Change Order, and the scenario is the Project Change Order is rejected. But is the Initiator not able to view the cause of the rejection? How are we going to show the reason for the rejection of the Project Change Order?

The pop-up window on the Participants table shows the exclamation point that is rejected but the reason is not showing up.
