Fully satisfied events are not selected to Revenue Recognition in RMCS
Summary:
We have an integration between OSS - RMCS. We were able to send the data from OSS and Customer Contract has been created with two Performance obligations.
Since the SMM is QUANTITY , system generated Satisfaction events with
Satisfaction Method =Require complete
Satisfaction Status=Fully Satisfied.
However when we run Identify Job, It didn't pickup these contracts , hence Create a/c showing no eligible events to process.
Non of the log file shows any error.
Can some one help us here why these satisfaction events are not picked up by ICC ???
