Hide Request User Account on External Supplier Registration page

Summary:

we want to hide user account section on both external and internal supplier registration pages. Although we can hide it through sandbox, on external supplier registration page checkbox is enabled by default. so even if it is hidden account gets generated after supplier approval. In case of internal, the checkbox is unchecked by default. we are trying to uncheck it by default using sandbox on external supplier registration but it is not working. is it possible to make it unchecked by default using page composer on this page?

In our business case only IT admin team will do supplier user account creation on adhoc request and shouldn't be automatically created. so we want to hide user account section for all users except IT admin team having specific role.
