Role/Privilege that removes access to Manage Purchasing Document and Requisition Approvals

Summary:

We are moving to approval rules solely in BPM so want to hide the ability to access Manage Purchasing Document Approvals and Manage Requisition Approvals within Setup and Maintenance. Which roles/privilege's can be removed to make these options unavailable?
