How to Load "Person Identifiers for External Applications" using HDL

Summary: We are planning to use Person Identifiers for External Applications for storing Externals IDs including Legacy Staff ID. This information would have to be migrated from the Legacy Application into Fusion.

However for this , I was unable to understand which Business Object to be used. Can someone guide on which HDL Object to be used for this ?
