SQL query will not return an expected row in larger report
Summary:
I have a report that returns employees who were referred and by whom, connected to their application and based on the referral to a specific job. There is an odd case we have discovered in QA. An employee that should be on the report does not show up, but if we put a filter to look for the job they applied to, the row shows up. I have run the larger report in various ways and cannot get that one row to show up unless I put the filter on. The filter can by on the requisition number or the
