OTBI Agent generating report error

Summary:

I built a new agent and it is set up to run as another user with full permissions. For some reason, every time it processes at its scheduled time, it appears to use the recipients or my own credentials instead and produces an error. When I run it manually, the agent works as intended.

I was successful a few months ago to get a different agent to process as another user and it returns data to me every week as scheduled. I compared the settings and they're identical with the exception of the delivery frequency and the content. Is there a bug
