TCC : Export applications that did not meet prescreening requirements

Need the correct field or complex projection filter to only export specific applications on its specific requisition that did not meet the requirements via the requisition's PSQ.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Need to create TCC export to extract all new applications that did not meet the PSQ requirements of a requisition, and have an import to move the CSW status to autojected on that same requisition.
ISSUE: Current script picks up the application record regardless if it met the requirements of the requisition, as long as it did not meet the requirements of the other requisitions it has applied to, record still gets picked up.
