Is it possible to disable logging in to Oracle HCM using HCM User ID and Password?

Trying to determine if it is possible to disable the ability of a user to use their internal User ID and Password from the user account in Oracle HCM and force only SSO or use of Company Single Sign On button.

Trying to determine if it is possible to disable the ability of a user to use their internal User ID and Password from the user account in Oracle HCM and force only SSO or use of Company Single Sign On button. I don't think we should do it as we allow retirees and terminated staff to access for pay slip access and address changes, etc. and disabling this would break their ability to access HCM.
