How do we Purge Ex-employee data including payroll information ?
We have a legal requirement to purge ex-employees data who were terminated 8 years ago or more. To meet this requirement we are planning to use the "Remove Person Information" going through the documentation, noticed if Oracle Payroll is used , payroll objects may not be purged. We do use Oracle payroll to pay the employees. How do we purge Payroll data since legal requirement says no data related to the ex-employee to be kept. 24c Documentation : https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/24c/fahdl/remove-person-payroll-information.html
