Set generic user preferences in Narrative

Summary:

In Planning I'm able to utilize the LCM export of users to create a an LCM import file with generic user preferences (Language, timezone, decimals etc.) and upload this on the application.
The client now wants this replicated on their Narrative environment, but as I do not have data exchange in Narrative, I do not have the migration option.

Is there any way, to set a default setting for all users, in Narrative Reporting - I noted that not even 'Use administrator settings' is available.

Possibly through an LCM file import job?
