Is there a way to set up a notification for when a guide receives a one-star rating?

Summary: We have a workstream that accesses the OGL console to monitor analytics for their workstream. They are not in the console everyday, but want to make sure that the new assets they're releasing receive good feedback. Is there a way to automatically email-notify them when assets are reported as under performing or receiving low ratings?
