Resource Alert Template output issue

Hi, I am using the below HTML code for creation of template for resource alert of Upcoming Birthdays. I want to loop the names and birthdays of employees under the same manager so that the manager will only get one alert notification for multiple employees with upcoming birthdays.

There is no error upon applying this template, but the output is incorrect as it is not getting the actual data (Name and Birth Date of the employees) as seen below:

Am I missing something here? Please advise.
