Making All value selectable in date parameter definition

I have an absence start date parameter in the report and its definition is as seen in the screenshot below. It works like this: First, the registry number is selected, and depending on that, the permit type and a permit date.

It works fine this way. However, when I select the All option instead of selecting a date, I want to list all records belonging to that person and that leave type, but I was not successful.

Can you help with this?
