OTBI Absence report

Summary:

I have created a OTBI report to pull absence details and it has parameter of two dates start date between.

Client is passing the dates of 1st of Aug to 30th Aug. they are expecting if any absence is open before of 1st Aug and may end in 30th Aug or further they also should come on report.
