Data Visualization: Is it possible to filter a Detail page starting from an Action?

Summary:

We created a Dashboard with Data Visualization which has a KPI section (Monitoring) and a details' section (Monitoring Detail). After that we created an action (called Detail) which goes directly to the details section of the dashboard. Is it any way to filter the Monitoring Detail for displaying the shipments which are counted in the Monitoring page?
