Data Masking options after P2T -Supplier data in Supplier portal

Summary:

We will not be using data masking option when requesting for an P2T , however we want to know what all data can be masked for supplier and what all options we have to mask data such as supplier email address etc…during P2T or after the P2T is done.

example if there are any lookups , ess jobs that we can run to mask the data etc..
