Error message "You Don't Have Access to This Worker's Assignment" in transfer

When we made a transfer by internal recruitment, the approvers get the Message "You Don't Have Access to This Worker's Assignment".

3.When we are trying to approve/reject the transfer task, in notification section it showing an error message like this "You Don't Have Access to This Worker's Assignment Info".

How to remove this error in notification.

Kindly suggest, how we can fix "You Don't Have Access to This Worker's Assignment" error without effecting other functionality.
