How to set up to view the review attempt, from attempt 1 and even if the evaluation is not passed

We want to have the “Review attempt” option enabled so that the employee can view their exam from attempt 1 regardless of whether their exam is passed or failed.

Currently it only enables the option when the exam has been passed

This is an example of an unsuccessful first attempt where we want to have the “Review attempt” option visible.
