How do you create a loop of records in a custom learn alert in the alerts composer?

Summary:

I am working on creating an alert that sends managers a notification containing a table of their direct reports' new required learning assignments. While I am able to successfully retrieve the records, they are all being populated on the same line, separated by commas.
