HSDL - Receiving error when loading grade rate

When using HSDL to load grade rate, I am receiving the error 'The minimum value must be less than or equal to the midpoint.' This is not the case when looking at the data - example of a range is min 69000 / max 95100 / mid 77900. I am using the seeded grade rate HSDL template. Has anyone seen this issue? We are adding the grade rates effective 01-Oct-2024, the previous was 01-Oct-2023. I have verified that the rate is showing correctly eff 10/1/23 with 67000 / 90300 / 74000. The comp team is trying to load the mid instead of having the application calculate.
