Absence Duration Incorrect on Absence Plan when Absence Spans over 2 Months

Hi,
Please Advise on the following:
When an Employee applies for Leave (Absence) that spans over 2 months the Absence Plan days are calculated incorrectly see example below, when leave is applied for in only 1 months the calculations are correct (Example Below as well). Is this an issue in the Fast Formula? or is our setup incorrect?
