What are the plans to automatically update skills for employees based on the job?

According to the current config Implementer can add skills to job/position profiles and those skills shows under career recommendations under the profiles but by any chance is it possible that when skills are added to a job/position it should get translated to skill centers that means it should start populating under skills I am developing. Is it possible to achive this through config or do we have something coming up in future or part of future roadmap?
