Restrict Department Tree edit access for specific departments

We want to restrict department tree edit access to specific departments only

Content:

We have a couple of subsidiaries and they are working decentralized.

They shall be able to edit their own department tree structure, but only within their own legal entity / business unit(s).

This works for topics like manage departments and so on, but not for manage department tree.

As soon as you have the privileges to edit department tree's, you automatically can see any department within the system and assign them to your own tree structure. We did not find any possibility to restrict this access.
