How to add HR helpdesk ticket as Hyperlink in Email ?
Hi Team,
We have a requirement to have hyperlink in email, so when employee click link it should route back to ticket in application.
Setup the profile value "ORA_SVC_ENABLE_DYNAMIC_LINKS_FOR_HELPDESK_NOTIFICATIONS" to "Yes" and also did setup in Manage Service Request Dynamic Links
When email trigger using notification preference we are getting hyperlink which route back to ticket in application. But when trying to trigger mail using Object workflow through email template then it not create a hyperlink.
It seems above setup work only for notification preference but not for email trigger through object workflow using custom template.
