Cost Roll up Error - work order couldn't be created because there's an incomplete operation

Summary:

We created new cost scenario for the Configured item and performed cost roll up. There are many work orders created from sales order for the configured item. But we got exception error in cost rollup with the following error.

If anyone faced this issue, pls let me know how to resolve this issue.

The work order couldn't be created because there's an incomplete operation assignment in the ATO model work definition as of the work definition date of 2024-09-27 00:00:00.
