Duplicate Bank accounts

Hi Team,


We registered a bank account for an employee with the knowledge that another colleague also has the same account number. We received a warning message, that I will be a joint owner of the account, Clicked on OK.
The other owner of the bank account didn't receive any notification, and this should NOT happen that one bank account is used by 2 colleagues.

Kindly help. @MandeepGupta if you are aware of such issue.
