Best approach to follow after publishing the personalization in Redwood.

Hello Expert,

Our businesses have performed some changes in VBS and published as well. Those are the trials and checked as well how we can move to prod.

Now Next time when we supposed to perform some personalization what would be the best approach either by creating the different project or different workspace or some others.

I have already gone through the last recommendation that we should not create multiple project. We need some expert help so that we can guide the businesses.
