How to restrict access to the pop up in Manage Requisition/Purchasing Approvals after FSM rules are cleaned up?

When we request support for clearing all Requisition / Purchasing rules and go with BPM rules, when we try to navigate to the Manage Approvals, a Yes/No pop-up window appears 'The rules for this approval task will be upgraded. Do you want to continue? (POR-XXXXXXX)'

We want to restrict this as there is a risk of some user clicking on Yes unknowingly causing issue to again bringing back rules to FSM.

Please advise.
