Additional Validations for Supplier Name

We have a requirement to enable additional validations while entering Supplier Name either during external /internal registration process.

1. Ability to either enter Supplier (Company) Name in capital casing only or additional validation to force capital casing on entry of name.
2. Ability to restrict the maximum number of characters entered for Supplier (Company) Name.
3. Ability to transform the Supplier (Company) name or restrict entry of some key words. Example - "Limited" should always be entered as LTD.

Please help us understand options to achieve the above validations.
