Can we change the default Column in Personal Details Redwood

Can we customize the columns appearing in the below screen?

Like, once we logout and come back to the same screen the customized fields should appear not the default fields.

Can we customize according to their role/need.

Example: payroll people should have the fields they need.

Is that Feasible in Redwood pages?
