Unable to view the DFF fields on the Cart screen

Summary:

Our expectation is that users should be able to see the DFF fields on
the RSSP page without having to click on the Pencil (Edit) icon. I have
reviewed a few documents, and it seems this might be addressed through
RSSP page personalization. Could you please provide guidance on how to
achieve this?

Our business is currently using SSP and migrating to RSSP in 25C. On the
requisition page, we have created around eight DFF (Descriptive
Flexfield) fields, which are used to default and update the charge
