Difference between "Salary Change" v/s "Change Salary" Action Type
Summary:
On the Configure Actions page, when you attempt to create a new Action Code while mapping to a seeded Action Type you see 2 values in the Action Type field

When you query them in the background, this is the mapping you find
ACTION_TYPE_CODE - MEANING CHANGE_SALARY - Change Salary CMP_CHANGE_SALARY - Salary Change What's the difference between these 2? Is it for Core HR versus Compensation module or what is the reasoning behind it? |
