Is there any way through which we can load the activity attempts via HSDL/HDL?

We are trying to load the data of Learning Records Activity Attempts in order to make the status of the historical learning data of the employees as "Completed" instead of "Bypass Completed". But, the issue we are facing that when we try to load the LearningRecordActivityAttempt template the Analysis Report says to use the LearningRecordActivityAttemptV3 template. While, if we use the LearningRecordActivityAttemptV3 template then it couldn't find the activity attempt ID as it has not been created yet.

Is there anyway through which we can resolve this issue?
